Kristin Tarry - Agent

Kristin grew up in Nottingham and went to a local comprehensive school, where her teachers did their best to discourage her from going into the entertainment industry. Despite their efforts, she went on to train in Stage Management at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA).

After graduating she worked for BBC Television, firstly as an assistant to Janet Street Porter before transferring to the Drama department, alongside producer Phillippa Giles.  She then became interested in the casting and management side of the industry and after two years at the BBC, left to start work at the Narrow Road Company. Eighteen months later she was promoted to agent and successfully built her own client list, many of whom are still with her today.

In 1998, after nine and a half years at the Narrow Road Company, she broke away and set up TCG Artist Management Ltd.

Kristin has launched the careers of many successful actors including Harris Dickinson who plays Carl in the 2023 Best Picture Oscar nominated film, Triangle of Sadness (booked via TCG), Dorothy Atkinson (Mr. Turner, The Gold, Without Sin, Pennyworth and Mum) and Jeremy Irvine (Warhorse, Treadstone, The Railway Man and Dalgliesh).

TCG enjoys alliances with agencies, managers and casting directors on both sides of the Atlantic.

Kristin is also co-founder of the multi award winning production company Flying Colours Productions.

Ellis Holt - Agent

Ellis grew up in Essex where she is still living now. She trained in musical theatre at Performers College and graduated in 2015 with Distinction. After working as an actor for a few years, she realised she wanted to pursue a career in talent management. She initially joined TCG as an assistant before being promoted to Agent.

Charlie Platt - Senior Assistant

Charlie trained as an actress at East 15 Acting School and went on to have a successful career for over 10 years (she was represented by TCG!)  Charlie also worked as a writer and was accepted onto the prestigious Mercury Theatre Playwright Scheme, under the mentorship of playwright Kenny Emson. Her writing was also supported by the Arts Council.

Charlie found herself drawn to the management side of the industry and worked at RSVP Artists, Cherry Parker and VLA Management before, in a full circle moment, returning to the brilliant team at TCG. Charlie is thrilled to be back.

Jackie Davis - Accounts Manager and Mental Health First Aider (MHFA)

Jackie is one of the original members of the team, and has been assisting Kristin Tarry at TCG for many years. As well as working as the Office Manager, she is now the Accounts Manager and deals with all payroll enquiries and administration. Jackie has recently qualified as TCG’S Mental Health First Aider.

The role of a Mental Health First Aider in the workplace is to be a point of contact for anyone who is experiencing a mental health issue or any type of emotional distress. This interaction can range from having an initial conversation, through to supporting the person to getting appropriate help. As well as in a crisis, Mental Health First Aiders are valuable in providing early intervention help for someone who may be developing a mental health issue.

If anyone needs any help or advice in this area than please feel free to contact Jackie and she will be happy to support you.
